LIFT - Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas

LIFT is a three-year, grant-funded program designed to help districts build the systems, leadership, and instructional practices needed for successful and sustainable implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) and Bluebonnet Learning.

The program brings together key components of Strong Foundations, Texas Instructional Leadership, and Texas Lesson Study, connecting HQIM implementation with instructional leadership to support effective learning environments for all students.

LIFT provides districts with aligned tools, targeted support, and systems designed to strengthen implementation over time. Each district's LIFT journey begins with a needs assessment to identify strengths, priorities, and areas for growth. From there, support is customized throughout the three-year program to meet the unique needs of the district and its campuses.

Through LIFT, districts receive support to:

• Build strong systems for HQIM implementation
• Strengthen instructional leadership at the district and campus levels
• Support effective implementation of Bluebonnet Learning
• Align instructional practices, tools, and systems
• Develop sustainable practices that continue beyond the grant period
