Career Pathways Support

The Career Pathways Support team empowers districts to cultivate strong educator and leadership pipelines from recruitment through retention. We deliver targeted guidance in Strategic Staffing, Teacher Residencies, Teacher Mentoring, and Educator Recognition, alongside comprehensive regional and rural hub support for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). To strengthen practice and administrative excellence, we facilitate AEL, Campus Leadership development, T-TESS, and T-PESS. Together, these initiatives equip schools with the leadership frameworks, training, and strategic systems needed to attract, grow, and retain outstanding educators.
