The Federal Programs team delivers strategic guidance, grant administration, and compliance support to help school systems maximize supplemental funding and serve high-need student populations. Key areas of support include:

  • Grant Compliance & Title Programs: Technical assistance and fiscal oversight for Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) grants, including Title I, Title II, Part A, and other state/federal titles.
  • Student Interventions & SCE: Guidance for State Compensatory Education (SCE), At-Risk student identification, and Dropout Prevention initiatives.
  • Specialized Support Services: Program implementation for McKinney-Vento Homeless support and meaningful Parent and Family Engagement strategies.
