Region 9 Education Service Center is set to host its annual College Fair on Monday, October 21, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The event will take place at the Region 9 ESC building, located at 301 Loop 11 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

The College Fair is open to all 9th-12th grade students from the school districts served by Region 9 ESC. Parents are encouraged to attend alongside their students. This event offers a valuable opportunity for students to meet representatives from a variety of universities and colleges across Texas, Oklahoma, and other states. In addition, representatives from military branches and local community organizations, such as the Texas Workforce Commission and the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation, will be in attendance.

A special session on financial aid will be presented by Vernon College, offering insights into funding opportunities for higher education. Region 9 ESC will also have a representative available to discuss careers in education.

School counselors are encouraged to provide registration details to students, and they may opt to bulk register their students if preferred.
